We want to offer you a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with us!
Please help us achieve this atmosphere by silencing your cell phone when possible, and limiting your conversations using quiet voice levels, when needed. We also ask that children be supervised and be respectful to those around them receiving services.
Please note the following policies to enhance your experience:
APPOINTMENTS AND GROUP PARTIES
We ask that you schedule your appointments in advance as possible – and if you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance, when possible. We allow a 10 minute window on your scheduled appointment before moving to the next client.
We welcome group parties! Group parties of 5 or more should book at least a week in advance. A deposit is required by an attendee at the time of booking which is nonrefundable for ‘no shows’ – but is refundable with a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
We offer gift certificates for your friends or family members in any denomination with a one-year expiration from date of purchase. They are non-refundable but can be exchanged for another service, if desired. Please treat them as cash since we cannot be responsible for gift certificates that have been lost or stolen.
REPAIRS
Only full-set nail enhancements (acrylic, liquid gel, dipping powder) and gel manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment, excluding breakages. If you notice light chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days for breakages, tears, or corner breaks are $5+. Lacquer polish services are not guaranteed, but pending manager approval, we offer complimentary minor fixes with 3 days of the service.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions that may impact your visit. Your safety and the safety of our other clients and our technicians are of our utmost concerns. We cannot provide service(s) to you without a physician’s written consent for potential contagious conditions on your hands or feet. We also cannot provide services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have such a condition or think one may exist, please notify of us promptly before the service.
SERVICES
We do our very best to provide you with a wonderful experience. As stated above, we will repair your nails, if needed, pending manager approval. No refunds will be provided for any service. Please leave jewelry and other valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
